1968 RAC International rally. Timo Makinen pictured after the Thruxton stage where he lost 4 minutes due to diff. problems. This was his first ever RAC in an Escort and he then fought back to fourth position after 15 stages, second after 22 stages and back into a substantial leed by 30 stages.
